Return Policy

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it, unused or unworn, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, you can contact us at Info@camvy.com. If your return is approved, we will send you a shipping label to return the product, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can assess the issue and resolve it.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Some types of items cannot be returned, such as customized products, special orders, or personal items. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific product.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items purchased during promotions or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is approved, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned item, and let you know if your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be automatically applied to your original method of payment. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
